The Power is in your WHY
1) Just for Fun: Share a bizarre or very interesting encounter
you’ve had in life (could be at work, personal, from travel, with friends).
2) People are driven by five different things- Guilt,
Resentment, Fear, Materialism, and Need for Approval. Of these five, which one
do you feel has been a driving force in your life?
3) Have you ever spent a lot of time questioning what your
purpose is?
4) Do you believe that God has a purpose for you? Do you
think His is better than your own?
5) Have you always had a sense of purpose in your life? If
so, what do you feel was your main purpose?
6) God loved you so much that He sent His only Son to die
for your sins. Since you know how great of a love that is, do you think that
His purpose for you is a good one?
7) Without purpose, life becomes pointless, petty and
trivial. But with purpose comes 4
major things- Meaning to Life, Simplifies our Life, Focuses our Lives, and
Energizes your life. How have you found these to be true in your own life?
The purpose of our lives at work is to show that God is at
work in our lives. Close out your time with your group praying for God to allow
everyone to point others to Christ through the way they Love God, Love People
and Serve Others on their jobs and at their schools.
