Love God

1) Just for Fun: Give everyone a sheet of paper and have them pair up and write down as many songs with the word “Love” in the title that they can come up with. And if you could not think of any, click here to see 565 of them. Also, you may want to give some chocolate to the ones who named the most songs.

2) How would you answer someone if they asked you what it means to love God?

3) Whose life would you say is great example of Loving God passionately, personally, powerfully and intelligently? Which of those four ways to love God are you strong at? Which are you striving to grow more in?

4) One fruit of Loving God is trusting God completely. Think about a painful or hard situation you are going through right now or have gone through recently. How do you think completely trusting that God is in control and is trustworthy would change the way you look at your circumstances? The way

you behave? Or the way you perceive God?

5) Another fruit is to share Christ courageously. Who shared Christ with you courageously? Who are some people that you know you need to share Christ with?  (As you close your time together, pray for one another to have the courage to share Christ courageously with those who need Him.)
